BromleyBee Early Years in Dhaka is looking for an Early Years Teacher to join our Preschool team. You will work full-time (40 hours per week) as an Early Years Teacher, role modelling your expertise, knowledge and best practices to colleagues and ensuring that our children have the best possible start in life.

Requirements
- A minimum of two years of experience working with children is required.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Experience in Art & Craft activities.
- The applicant must be enthusiastic, motivating, cooperative, and collaborative to be effective in a team environment.
- Must have excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills to engage children, colleagues, and parents.
- A comprehensive understanding of EYFS.
- A thorough understanding of safeguarding and child protection is required.
- Relevant experience teaching children between the ages of 2.5 and 5 years is preferred.
- It is preferable to be familiar with key person systems and record keeping.
- Ability to build positive relationships with children and their parents.
- First Aid training is desirable.
- Applicants must have an excellent command of the English language with written and verbal communication skills for creating reports, keeping children’s records, and offering feedback to parents/caregivers and coworkers.
- An enhanced police verification report is required for this position.
Job Responsibilities
- To be responsible for the planning and implementation of an inclusive EYFS curriculum that meets the unique needs of each child.
- You will provide children exceptional physical, emotional, and social care and education.
- As a key worker, you will confirm the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage, ensuring that all children’s individual needs are met, and all areas of development are promoted through activities.
- You have to observe and evaluate children’s development and maintain an accurate record of their accomplishments.
- Encourage children’s mathematical and creative development through stories, music, games, painting, and imaginative play.
- Support the development of fundamental skills in children, such as physical coordination, speech, and communication.
- Providing regular reports and offering advice/ feedback to parents.
- To keep an updated understanding of our child care policies and procedures.
- Keep up with the latest information and research, and consider how this affects your practice and the team.
- To know the families in the setting and establish a positive relationship while promptly managing and addressing complaints/concerns.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education is preferable.
