Job Responsibilities
- Take charge of day-to-day client interactions and briefings while learning about parents’ queries, requirements and concerns. You should be familiar with the sales process and be confident pitching new clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Admin and senior management) to meet customers’ requirements.
- You should be friendly and enjoy communicating with clients and assisting them in solving complex difficulties.
- Responding calls, emails and queries from all media
- Politely greeting parents and visitors to the school.
- Dealing with all requests from parents/ guardians, staff and admin
- To be able to use the appointment system confidently, book, cancel and re-schedule appointments.
- Making sure the appointment system runs smoothly.
- Any other duties deemed commensurate with the job grade.
Qualifications:
- Only females are allowed to apply
- A bachelor’s degree with a major in any subject
- A Minimum of 2 + years of experience in customer service is required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, WordPress, photo editing tools and other applicable software applications are required.
- Excellent writing skills. Both verbally and in writing, you need to have excellent communication skills in English.
- Understanding biddable and analytical tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.)
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Capability to assure accuracy in manipulating, analysing, and presenting data while paying careful attention to every detail.
